Lixis SVC vision systems are designed to ensure the quality of pharmaceutical packaging lines by automatically inspecting all types of tablets, capsules, vials and syringes in all types of blister packs.

PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS

Control of all types of tablet, capsule, ampoule and syringe in all types of forming material (PVC, aluminum and others).
Detects product defects with a high level of accuracy.
Simultaneous detection of defects: presence, size, shape, broken, chipped, position, overfilling, empty blister. Discolored and stained products. Consecutive defects and out-of-box products.
